• The University of the Third Age held a psychological class on the topic "Emotional state and methods of self-regulation".

    Together with psychologist Kateryna Stetsyuk, the participants explored the world of emotions: how to feel, not oppress, and gently live your states.

    - did mimic gymnastics and physical practice "Stretch yourself into joy";

  • On Wednesday, 18 June, women's space Women club, that works in Drohobych, gathered women for a meeting with Ulyana Chapla, a practicing psychologist with many years of experience working with vulnerable categories of the population.

    The members of the club were looking for a resource in themselves, what inspires them.

    IDP and local women gathered at the meeting, wives of military personnel. It was important for everyone, that such gatherings take place in a comfortable and safe atmosphere, to be able to say "stop" at any moment, if the topic is painful or causes negative emotions.

  • Today, an unusual class took place within the University of the Third Age - an interactive game-class with a lawyer, during which students immersed themselves in the world of real life situations and legal dilemmas.

  • 10– On June 11, our team took part in a meeting of grantees of institutional grants from the International Foundation “Renaissance” and the Eastern Europe Fund with the support of international partners Norad and Sida – The Board for International Development Cooperation .

    3 June 2025 lawyer of the public organization of the year “TAKE and GLORY” conducted an informative and practically oriented class on the topic: “Digital literacy without age restrictions. Access to public services is easier, than it seems”. The event was aimed at increasing digital awareness and skills in using online platforms among senior citizens.

    29 April 2025 the year we held a special event - an interactive outdoor training “The force of apology: How to let go”.
    The event was organized by Kateryna Stetsyuk, psychologist of the NGO "BERY i SLAV" for participants of the University of the Third Age.
    🌿 We met under the spring sky, so that in a leisurely walk, through exercises and warm communication, touch on an important topic - forgiveness.

    Learned to realize, that resentment is a burden, which prevents us from moving forward.



  • 🏛 Drohobych Salt - a unique place, where real Ukrainian salt is born. This is the oldest operating enterprise in Ukraine, which continuously works with 1390 year!
    🕯 The event was dedicated to commemorating the liquidators of the accident at the Chornobyl NPP.
    💪 Thanks to the excellent organization of the event, we were able not only to clean the territory with high quality, but also to visit an exciting tour of the saltworks and taste the incredible bograch, cooked on fire!

Participants are women, who were forced to leave their homes because of the war, and local residents of the community - gathered together for a master class on creating Easter decorations for holiday baskets.

  • As part of the activities of the University of the Third Age, another educational session took place, organized with the participation of a lawyer from a public organization “TAKE and GLORY” Olena Galimon. This time the topic of the meeting was citizens' appeals: “Claim, request, complaints and petitions. How to do, to be heard”.
    Participants learned:
    • what is the difference between the statements, complaints, motions and petitions;
    • what are the conditions and requirements for processing each type of appeal;
    • when to choose one or another communication format.
    Special attention was also paid to deadlines
