10– On June 11, our team took part in a meeting of grantees of institutional grants from the International Foundation “Renaissance” and the Eastern Europe Fund with the support of international partners Norad and Sida – The Board for International Development Cooperation .
🌱 West united 29 public organizations from different parts of Ukraine, who work to strengthen civil society in extremely difficult conditions. For two days we:
✔️ discussed the principles of effective CSO management;
✔️ learned more about reporting rules, financial audit, communication tools;
✔️ participated in seminars and practical workshops on transparent management, storytelling, use of artificial intelligence in communication, as well as the principles of non-discrimination, gender equality and human rights.
💬 Particular attention was paid to interaction with donors, communication challenges in NGO activities and the importance of quality presentation of the results of one's work.
🔗 Participation in this meeting is another important step in the development of our organization. We are grateful to our partners for the opportunity to grow together and help them even more effectively, who needs it the most.
