"Development of a strategic plan for 2022-2024 years, operational plan on 2022-2023 years, conducting fundraising training and consulting for finalizing the work on strategic documents". Partner: United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Our organization was formed at the beginning 2021 of the year to meet the needs of the community of the Berislav community of the Kherson region. From the moment of formation, through trial and error, we were able to implement large projects with the support of international donors and projects of local importance with the support of the local administration, even at the end of February 2022 year, we were ready to finish the last project for now and prepare new ones. After the deployment of the command, we were burning with the desire to resume activities at the places of stay, this time with strategic documents, required by most international grant competitions and with the consultation of an external expert to outline future plans.

That is why we submitted an application for a grant from ISAR Yedannia to conduct a series of trainings and a facilitated session for the development of a strategic document and consultations.

Thanks to the victory in the project "Initiative of sectoral support of civil society in Ukraine", we have developed a strategic plan for 2022-2024 years, operational plan on 2022-2023 years, fundraising plan for 2022-2024 years.

A culture of volunteering has been developed and supported, coordination and support of youth leadership in volunteer initiatives took place.

We became part of the Youth Space of Drohobych. Events were organized to involve young people in self-realization in our projects and they were encouraged to create their own projects with our support.

The project helped to strengthen the organizational capacity of our organization, and young people feel the strength to create social value, benefits there, where they ended up, especially, that we ourselves are in similar conditions; organization members and potential members are given the opportunity to learn the skills of the future, prepare projects and implement them. We have found partners among the authorities and local NGOs to further strengthen our potential in supporting youth.

Competition for small grants "Support of environmental public initiatives from the southeastern regions of Ukraine during the war" within the framework of the "Democratic practice" program. Partner: REVIVAL INTERNATIONAL FUND.

As part of the project, educational work was carried out in Gymnasium No5 named after the Hero of Ukraine Serhii Kulchytskyi Drohobytska of the city council regarding the training of separate sorting of TVP (solid household waste) and organized and equipped a mini-sorting station to increase environmental awareness among students and promote sustainable use of resources. The children understood the importance of sorting in order to save the environment. An important achievement, that high school students learned how to conduct master classes for younger children, which motivates children even more and involves whole families in sorting. Another important achievement of the project is that, that the Drogobytsk government, seeing the seriousness and scale of the project, contributed financially, namely, allocated funds from the city budget for building materials to assist in setting up the sorting station.
