🔹 Rights, support and stability: how to help yourself and loved ones in times of trials 🔹

Another meeting with the families of military personnel took place in our public space. It's not just an event, it's a place, where important questions are asked and honest ones are given, professional answers.

This time, the key topics were legal protection and psychological support for families, who live in daily waiting, are worried or have already experienced losses.

⚖️ Olena Galimon, a lawyer at BERY and GLORY, provided comprehensive information about the Register of Losses, presenting step-by-step instructions on how to use it.
➡️ Who has the right to apply?
➡️ How to record losses correctly?
➡️ What documents are needed and where to apply?

💡 The participants learned, how to issue compensation for damaged or destroyed housing, as well as how to protect your property rights legally competently and in a timely manner.

"During war, legal awareness is also a form of protection", - stressed the lawyer.

🧠 Kateryna Stetsyuk, a psychologist at the BERY and GLORY organization, paid attention to the internal state of families:
➡️ How not to burn out emotionally in a state of constant anxiety
➡️ How to support loved ones, when he/she is on the edge
➡️ How to regain strength, if it seems, that no longer holds anything

"Keeping yourself is not about heroism, and about love for oneself and for others, who is nearby. We cannot be the rear for others, if we lose our support", - she addressed the audience.

Participants received short self-regulation practices, contacts of psychological support and reminders: asking for help is not weakness, and maturity and strength.

🌿 This event is another confirmation: we are close. Next to those, who is waiting. Next to those, who supports. And next to those, who can no longer wait.

📌 We thank each participant for their openness, trust and unity.
