Lawyer “TAKE and GLORY” held an educational session for people of respectable age.
3 June 2025 lawyer of the public organization of the year “TAKE and GLORY” conducted an informative and practically oriented class on the topic: “Digital literacy without age restrictions. Access to public services is easier, than it seems”. The event was aimed at increasing digital awareness and skills in using online platforms among senior citizens.
During the class, the participants learned about a wide range of public services, which are available online today. Particular attention was paid to familiarization with such resources as the Diya portal and Electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Lawyer, as with the help of these services you can quickly, safely and conveniently receive various government services without the need to visit institutions in person.
Participants not only listened, and actively practiced: everyone was able to independently go through authorization on the mentioned portals and order the service they needed. This approach made it possible to learn the skills of using digital tools in practice and to feel confident in the modern electronic environment.
West proved, that digital literacy is accessible to all, regardless of age. The participants were satisfied with the new knowledge and experience, and also expressed their desire to participate in further training, organized NGOs “TAKE and GLORY”.
