for purchase services an expert in the development of methodical recommendations with justification of the economic feasibility of the transition of the community to heating with fuel briquettes

This tender was announced by the Public Organization "TAKE and GLORY", which ensures the implementation of the project "Increasing the energy independence of the Berislav city community by creating the production of fuel briquettes" within the framework of local financial assistance of the "U-LEAD with Europe" Program, which is jointly financed by the European Union and its member states Germany, Poland, Sweden, by Denmark, Estonia and Slovenia.
GO "BERY and GLORY" invites you to participate in the competitive selection of an expert service provider for the development of methodological recommendations on the economics of the project model.
PURPOSE OF PURCHASE: to develop methodological recommendations with justification of the economic feasibility of the transition of the community to heating with fuel briquettes with calculations of the necessary volumes of briquette production for budgetary institutions.
Technical requirements for the purchase of services:
Lot 1. Expert services on the development of methodical recommendations with justification of the economic feasibility of the transition of the community to heating with fuel briquettes.
Tasks for experts:
- Develop draft methodical recommendations with justification of the economic feasibility of the transition of the community to heating with fuel briquettes with calculations of the necessary volumes of briquette production for budgetary institutions. Methodological recommendations should include, but not limited to, the following sections:
- Advantages of heating with fuel briquettes of budgetary institutions;
- Justification of the economic feasibility of the transition to heating with fuel briquettes of budgetary institutions of the community;
- Necessary conditions and a step-by-step algorithm for the transition to heating with fuel briquettes of budgetary institutions of the community;
- Calculation of the necessary volumes of production of fuel briquettes from straw for heating the budgetary institutions of the community.
- To approve the developed project of methodical recommendations with the Customer and the coordinator of the local subsidy from the "U-LEAD with Europe" Program and, if necessary, to make the necessary corrections in the project of methodical recommendations based on comments, provided by the Customer and/or local subsidy coordinator.
- Provide the final version methodological recommendations in the form of a *word file to 12 September 2023 year.
- Prepare and submit a report to the Customer about the work done.
Requirements for participation in the tender:
- A price offer with information on the cost of developing methodological recommendations according to this technical task. The price offer must include all costs of the expert, related to the development of the document (including. journey, residence, food in the community, etc.);
- Summary or portfolio of implemented projects, developed documents on energy efficiency, use of renewable energy sources or related topics;
- Diplomas, certificates, other documents to confirm the level of qualification in the field of energy efficiency, use of renewable energy sources or related topics
- Contacts (email, cellphone).
- Copies of the following registration documents:
- certificates of state registration of a legal entity or FOP or extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, public formations and individual entrepreneurs;
- extract from the register of taxpayers of a single tax or non-profit;
- certificates on opening a bank account.
Essential criteria (conditions) tender offer selection:
1.Compliance of the participant with the qualification requirements of the tender announcement
2.Compliance of the submitted documents with the conditions of the tender announcement
3.The quality of the service description, product and compliance with the organizer's expectations
4.Acceptable price, terms of payment and terms of service
- The price should be indicated only in the national currency (without reference to foreign currency). Prices, denominated in another currency or pegged to a foreign currency, are not accepted for consideration.
6.VAT must be included in the price, if the tenderer is a VAT payer.
Development term – 20 days.
Payment of services - exclusively by non-cash settlement. Terms of payment are discussed during the conclusion of the Agreement.
