Public organization "TAKE and GLORY" within the scope of project implementation "Provision of hygiene kits to residents of the Beryslav urban territorial community" announces the selection of the supplier/suppliers of hygiene products and household goods.
The project is implemented in accordance with the Grant Agreement No. 48/2-18 dated 11.09.2026, concluded between the NGO "BERY and SLAV" and the NGO "Youth of Ukraine".
The subject of the purchase is hygiene products and household goods for the formation of humanitarian kits for vulnerable residents of the Beryslav urban territorial community.
Adult diapers are included in the purchase, toothbrushes, cream-milo, dishwashing liquid, wet wipes, toothpaste, packages, toilet paper, shampoo and washing powder.
Place of delivery: Velika Oleksandrivka village, Kherson region.
The exact delivery address will be communicated to the winner of the selection.

To participate in the selection, the supplier must fill out The form of the price offer:
Along with the completed form, the participant must provide:
- a copy of an extract or an extract from the EDR;
- information about the taxation system;
- details of the participant;
- contact details of the responsible person;
- if available - documents, that confirm the quality of the offered goods.
The name of the offered product must be specified in the Price Offer Form, manufacturer/trade mark, number, price per unit, total cost, VAT information, delivery time and terms of payment.
The total cost of the proposal should take into account all costs of the supplier, necessary for delivery, including delivery of goods to the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka.
The proposals will be evaluated taking into account the compliance of the goods with the requirements of the technical task, of the total value of the offer, delivery terms and the ability of the supplier to provide properly executed primary documents.
