Procurement organizer: Public organization "Bery and Slav" in partnership with Donetsk National Technical University.
Public organization "Bery and Slav" announces the holding of an open competition for the purpose of choosing a supplier of specialized didactic equipment, controllers and additional components.
Procurement is carried out within the framework of a joint initiative, aimed at modernizing the material and technical base of the university and creating a regional competence center WorldSkills Ukraine on the basis of modular production systems available in the educational institution (MPS).
- Subject of purchase and technical requirements
The subject of the purchase is a set of automation equipment and switching elements in educational design. All components must be fully compatible with original Festo MPS stations, which are already in use at the university.
List of material values, that are subject to purchase:
- Controller Siemens S7-1512C-1PN (MPS) in educational performance - 1 шт.
- Controller Siemens S7-1512C-1PN (MPS) in the educational version with an additional input and output module - 1 шт.
- Management console – 1 шт.
- Analog cable - 2 шт.
- Digital cable - 4 шт.
- Financial terms and budget
- Source of funding: Targeted funds within the scope of implementation of the grant/partnership project.
- Form of payment: Cashless payment on terms, specified in the supply contract.
- Qualification requirements for participants
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are invited to participate in the competition, which:
- They have the official status of the manufacturer, distributor or official dealer of the specified equipment (or its certified equivalent) and can document the origin of the goods.
- Have proven experience in the execution of similar contracts for the supply of high-tech or didactic equipment for educational institutions.
- Able to guarantee proper quality, technical support and supply compliance with quality management system standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

Tender offers, containing a technical description of the certified equivalent or original equipment, as well as a price offer, must be sent electronically.
