This week Natalya Starodubets is the head of the board of the organization, as a speaker, represented the Public Organization “TAKE and GLORY” at the powerful conference Sustainability 2.0, organized by the International Foundation “Renaissance”, that collected more than 200 participants – representatives of ministries, national and regional organizations, experts, analytical centers, community leaders.

For me, this participation – a sign of that, that local organizations become visible.
They listen to us, because it is us – near the fields, close to people, next to communities.
We see real challenges every day, living stories and needs of our beneficiaries. And that's why no one knows better than us, what communities need, to endure and develop.
Especially valuable, that the representatives of the ministries spoke together on one panel today, national and local NGOs.
It – real dialogue, which we missed so much.
It is in such conversations that a common vision of sustainability is born.

Very apt. Because real stability – precisely in the balance of these two concepts.

"Bery and Slav" NGO works with communities during the war and reconstruction. Let's see, how a new Ukrainian identity is formed in action. Because identity is not imposed from above – it is cultivated in daily interaction. We create spaces of participation, where people don't just get help, and feel needed. Those, who were immigrants a year ago, today – organizers of cultural events, volunteers, entrepreneurs. Sustainability does not start with resources, but from understanding – who we are and why we are together.
Identity – it's not that, that we have to save, and you, that we continue to create – together."

There is still a lot of work ahead – but the main thing, that we are all moving in the same direction: to strong, united and stable Ukraine.
