Tender announcement: Procurement of logistics services for the conciliation meeting of the public organization "BERY and SLAV"
GO "BERY i SLAV" invites you to participate in the tender for the purchase of logistics services for 2 participants and 10 members of the GO "BERY and GLORY" team during 3 days (with 28 by 30 October 2025 year).
Venue: Western Ukraine, Carpathians or Transcarpathia, Ukraine.
Requirements for logistics services:
- Residencefor 12 people (rooms per person, accommodation on adjacent floors).
- 3-one timefood for 12 people.
- Softwaredrinking regimen (water, tea, compote) during the day.
- Other services, related to the organization and holding of the conciliation meeting (list services).
Умови співпраці:
- Готовність до підписання договору та внесення бронювання/задатку.
- Non-cash settlement with a legal entity (не платник ПДВ).
- Providing quality services, що відповідають вимогам замовника.
- Досвід роботи з подібними проєктами.
