Olena Galimon's lawyer conducted a deep and practical lecture on an extremely relevant topic: “Compensation for damaged or destroyed property”.

• conditions and circumstances, in which property is considered to be damaged or destroyed;
• Order of action to obtain compensation: What documents are required, Where to go, Terms of consideration;
• Main difficulties, that may occur during registration - in particular, bureaucratic moments, Technical Difficulties in Submitting Online Circle, as well as how to avoid or decide them.
📲 Particular attention was paid to modern digital tools. The lawyer reported, that obtaining information from the Register of Real Rights no longer requires a personal visit to government agencies or administrative services centers (CNAP). All this can be done easily and quickly through the portal “Action”.
A practical demonstration was conducted during the event, How to form a certificate from the Register yourself. University students were able to try these steps on computers - for many this has become the first experience of interacting with digital services at this level.
🗣 Everyone was able to ask questions, which concerned as a lecture topic, and the general legal aspects of compensation. The lawyer provided comprehensive answers, as well as practical advice, useful for real life.
