Mandalo-therapy: the way to harmony through creativity

How often do you allow yourself to just disconnect from the bustle, let go of thoughts and immerse yourself in the creativity process? This is what happened in the classroom "The Sacrament of Sinking into the World of Your Subconscious", who was conducted by the psychologist of NGO "Take and Glory" Kateryna Stetsyuk.
🔵 What is mandalo-therapy?
This is a method of art therapy, based on the creation of a mandala - symbolic circular drawings, that helps to organize thoughts, stabilize emotional state and find an internal balance.
🖌 How was it?
✨ Participants learned about the symbolism of colors and shapes in mandalas.
✨ Was a light meditation, To adjust to the creative process.
✨ created their own unique mandalas, Allowing colors and forms to speak instead of words.
