⚡⚡⚡ High level of psychological tension, caused by war and forced displacement to another area, as well as the weakened state of health of many of our compatriots today, the team of our youth public organization is no exception. That is why it is important to stabilize one's psycho-emotional and physical state.
💥💥💥 To overcome stress and improve 💪💪💪health, our team started a yoga 🧘♂️🧘♀️and meditation course. Yoga 🧘♂️🧘♂️🧘♂️is not just a set of physical exercises, and a full-fledged philosophy of knowing oneself and achieving inner harmony. In the process of classes, the body is harmonized, mind and spirit of man.
💛💙 Вже на першому занятті, which was conducted by the master of yoga and meditation Maksym Shvadchak, the team realized, that you need to learn to manage your emotions and not lose the meaning of life. Being able to relax during relaxation helped to get rid of negative feelings and the desire to be more friendly, kinder and calmer!
🧘♀️🧘♂️Йога навчить нас виховувати у собі такі важливі особисті якості, as a discipline, responsibility, rationality. Accustoming yourself to regular weekly classes from the schedule and daily work on yourself, we will self-improve and self-develop.
☝️☝️☝️Later, we will transfer all these skills from the hall to our lives, their daily duties and in the work of our organization, in order to strengthen its capacity to implement effective youth work, preserving and developing the potential of youth in war conditions.
