Painting, silence, Colors, Sincere emotions - this is how the first meeting of our art therapeutic project "Drawing paintings by numbers" 🎨 🎨 🎨
This project is for people, who were forced to leave their homes, for those, who is currently going through difficult times. We create space, where you can just breathe out. Draw. Feel. Be.
🖌 Even if you have never held a brush in your hands - it is not scary! Drawing by numbers is accessible to everyone and helps reduce anxiety, find peace and faith in yourself.
The first meeting was extraordinary - sincere conversations, support, new acquaintances and the first strokes on canvases, which will soon turn into real paintings 💛
