The first class of the Faculty of Psychological and Legal Support was held at our third age university, which has passed in a friendly and cozy atmosphere! 💛
🧠 Psychology Kateryna Nikolaevna Stetsyuk (GO “Take and glory”) conducted exciting interactive exercises, who helped the participants to meet and find common interests. Thanks to exercise “Postman” We were looking for common features together, that brought together and united all present.
📖 Besides, A mini-lecture on the importance of psychological health and methods of its support was conducted. 💆 We also practiced exercises for body relaxation and emotional stability. ☕ The meeting ended with reflection in a warm atmosphere over a cup of tea. The participants actively communicated, shared experience and supported each other.
