INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER:
for a one-time purchase of a briquette production line

This tender was announced by the Public Organization "TAKE and GLORY", which ensures the implementation of the project "Increasing the energy independence of the Berislav city community by creating the production of fuel briquettes" within the framework of local financial assistance of the "U-LEAD with Europe" Program, which is jointly financed by the European Union and its member states Germany, Poland, Sweden, by Denmark, Estonia and Slovenia.
GO "BERY and GLORY" invites you to participate in the competitive selection of the supplier of the line for the production of briquettes, which is necessary for the production of fuel briquettes.
Technical requirements for the purchase of goods:
Lot 1. Line for the production of briquettes (new) which consists of:
1.Impact press for briquettes

-productivity to 250-350 kg/year

2.Straw chopper

– performance on straw on a grid on a grid-6mm.- 400kg/year.

3.Screw conveyor
Basic technical characteristics:Power: 0,75 kW, 380 IN;
Hopper volume: 0,2 m³;
Turn the screw without the frequency converter 56-84 rpm;
Productivity on sawdust to 400 kg/hour;
Productivity on compound feed to 1000 kg/hour;

Requirements for participation in the tender:
Warranty service 1 year.
The price should include delivery of the line to the city of Beryslav, Kherson region, start-up work and training 1 employee.
- To participate in the tender, please submit a price offer for a unit of equipment, which is indicated above. The price must be indicated in the national currency. The price offer must be valid at least 30 calendar days from the tender closing date, which should be stated in the offer (we provide a price proposal template).
- We also ask you to provide a certificate/extract on the registration of a legal or natural person of an entrepreneur, which confirms the possibility of buying equipment
- Packaging must be done by the Supplier, so that the product arrives in its original packaging in compliance with all safety standards.
- We also ask you to provide a Self-declaration about the origin of the goods (we provide a template).

4.Acceptable price, terms of payment and terms of delivery of goods, services
- The price should be indicated only in the national currency (without reference to foreign currency). Prices, denominated in another currency or pegged to a foreign currency, are not accepted for consideration.
6.VAT must be included in the price, if the tenderer is a VAT payer.
Payment for goods - exclusively by non-cash settlement. Terms of payment are discussed during the conclusion of the Agreement.
